From any page in the donor portal you can select the gold Help option in the lower right of the page. This option will open once selected.
If you have a question you can type a word or phrase to discribe what you are looking for, also the most relevant article for the page that you are on will appear in the suggested articles. Finally if you are unable to find the informaiton you are looking for you can submit a support ticket.
Once you select that option a new form will open please provide as much detail as possible so that we fully understand the issue that you are experiencing. Any fields with a red asterix are required, including your email address and a subject.
Additionally, if it is helpful, you can use the built in tool take screenshot to share an image of the issue that you are seeing on your screen. Finally you can drag and drop additional files if you would like to share additional informaiton with our support team. Lastly you maybe prompted on confirm that you are not a robot for security reasons. Once you have added your question, select submit to share your support ticket with our team so that we can review your question and get back to you.
