What is the purpose of the Donor Portal?
The Donor Portal is designed to provide a transparent and user-friendly platform for donors to view and manage their contributions to the Georgia Tech Foundation for the benefit of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
What information can I find on the Donor Portal?
The portal allows you to view details of your donations including the amount, date, and designation of each contribution. You can also access your Annual Gift Summary, Endowment Letter(s), Giving History, and Athletics Gift Summary.
How do I view my donation history?
Once logged in, navigate to the Giving History tab at the top of the screen. There, you will find a comprehensive list of all your past contributions. The history page can be filtered by calendar year and gift type. The Giving History tab also contains summary tiles that focus on specific areas of giving.
Can I download my year-end contributions from the Donor Portal?
Yes, you can easily download your year-end contributions from the Donor Portal by selecting the Annual Gift Summary tab from the top of the page. Select a calendar year to preview that year's summary and then choose the button to Download [CY] Annual Gift Summary. Please note that gift summaries are only available for total calendar year donations of $250 or more.
Is my personal information secure on the Donor Portal?
We take the security of your personal information seriously. The Donor Portal uses advanced encryption and security measures to safeguard your data.
Can I make new donations through the Donor Portal?
While the primary focus of the portal is to view donation history, there is a link in the top right of each page to Give to Tech. That link will take you to a website where you can make donations.
How often is the information on the Donor Portal updated?
The Donor Portal is regularly updated to ensure access to the most recent and accurate information about your donations. Please allow 5-7 days for gift processing teams to input your donations.
What should I do if I encounter issues accessing the Donor Portal?
If you have difficulty accessing the Donor Portal, please contact our support team at donorportal@gtf.gatech.edu. Our team will assist you in resolving any issues promptly.


How can I provide feedback on the Donor Portal?
We value your feedback. You can submit your suggestions or comments through the "click here" link in the Black donor portal test ribbon bar at the top of all portal screens.
